Festive Afternoon Tea
Our Festive Afternoon Teas are available every day from 3pm to 5:30pm either in our olive lounge or in our TERRA Restaurant. You can also enjoy our Afternoon tea as a larger group in one of our private dining rooms if you are gathering friends and family together over the festive period.
Our Afternoon Teas are freshly made to order and require booking 2 days in advance and include, freshly prepared sandwiches, savoury treats, scone, jam and clotted cream and some sweet delights to complete. They all come with your choice of Tea or Coffee, and why not upgrade to one of our Bubbly Afternoon Teas with Prosecco, Sussex Sparkling or Champagne available by the glass or by the bottle.
Festive Private Dining
We have 5 private dining rooms at Tottington Manor for 6 - 100 guests available year round for guests to book to gather with friends, family or work colleagues to celebrate. For Christmas our Private Dining menus take on a festive flair and guests can book one of our private dining rooms for a 2 or 3 course lunch or dinner, or for larger groups of 60 or more you can book a DJ or entertainment and party the night away.

New for 2026 Every Friday in December our Joiner Party is an immersive team experience with a professional cast of actors, drawing you into an evening of dining, strategy, suspicion and unexpected twists. All enjoyed alongside a 3 course festive menu and late night dancing from 10:30pm until midnight. The perfect event for work colleagues, family or friends.

Festive Sing-A-Long Afternoon Tea
It's back for 2026, the ever popular Sing-a-long Afternoon Tea on Saturday 19th December at 2:30pm. Relax and celebrate with work colleagues, friends and family whilst enjoying one of our Festive Afternoon Teas, with or without bubbles. You'll be entertained throughout by our professional singer leading you through the festive and party hits. Whilst joining in is optional its thoroughly encouraged.
Festive Bottomless Brunch and Bingo
Our very own Buddy the Bingo Caller returns on Sunday 20th December at 10:30am to entertain you with festive and not so festive bingo calls. Between games you can enjoy our festive brunch menu and our bottomless festive cocktails.
CandleLit Carols 2026
The most beautiful three evenings of the year. Now in its 6th year, we invite you to come and join us outside at Tottington Manor, enjoy some festive snacks and drinks and join in with both the traditional carols and our Christmas Festive Hit List led by our Professional Singer. Enjoy the Christmas Lights, soak up the atmosphere and come rain or shine bring your best voice. The perfect family start to Christmas. We charge £7.50 per car that is parked either on site or at our park and ride, if you walk to us or are dropped off entry is free of charge, with donations to our 2026 charity taken at the end of the evening.
Christmas Eve at Tottington Manor
Christmas Eve is a time for family and friends to join together, our TERRA Restaurant and Olive Lounge will open until 7pm for lunch and afternoon festive dining and private dining bookings. We will be closing early to allow our team time to rest for Christmas Day and get home to spend time with their family and friends.

Festive Weddings at Tottington Manor
December and early January are a great time for weddings at Tottington Manor. The Christmas Decorations are up with lights and trees outside and inside the decorations always look spectacular. Thee extended Christmas Holidays also make it a good time for friends and family to travel further and spend more time together, making the period between Christmas and New Year and the first two weeks of January particularly popular.
Twixmas
TERRA Restaurant is open on Sunday 27th December for Sunday Lunch and Festive Private Dining, but will be closed on Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th of December to allow our team some time to visit family, we open again on Wednesday 30th December for those enjoying walks in the area or meeting up before the New Year Celebrations. Throughout this time we are always available for Private Dining, Parties, Celebrations and Weddings, so please do get in touch.
New Years Eve Gala Dinner
See out the old and ring in the new as we head into 2027 with our New Years Eve Gala Dinner at Tottington Manor. Enjoy a four course celebration meal, Sparkling wine for the Midnight toast and live music through until Midnight, with carriages at 00:30. Yes. We host both private office Christmas parties and joiner party nights, our most popular joiner night is our Fear the Faithful nights every Friday in December. Digital vouchers can be delivered by email immediately and physical vouchers usually take 3 - 4 days, but at Christmas will take longer due to delays with Royal Mail.
