Afternoon tea is served in our cosy, dog-friendly Olive Lounge between 3pm and 5:30pm. Prepared to order by our AA Rosette TERRA Restaurant chefs, it brings together finger sandwiches, savoury bites, freshly baked scones and sweet treats. Most ingredients are sourced from across Sussex, with the season helping to shape what arrives at the table. We require at least 48 hours notice. Please give us dietary requirements when booking; complex requirements or multiple allergies should be discussed with the team before your visit.
