Experience our Sussex Tasting Menu
in our TERRA Tasting Room
Our idyllic Terra Tasting Room is a private space for 6 – 8 guests, set just to the side of our Terra Restaurant. You can enjoy our 5 or 7 course tasting menu with optional accompanying wine flights. A perfect place to celebrate, meet or enjoy good company.
The tasting menu dishes are prepared fresh to order so we require 36 hours notice for bookings.
5 & 7 Course Seasonal Tasting Menus at Terra Tasting Room
Chris Hilton, our executive Head Chef, will plan and create your 5 or 7 course tasting menu based on the seasonal ingredients available at the time of your booking. Our team of skilled sommeliers will pair a wine flight to accompany and elevate each course to ensure that you have the most amazing experience at our Terra Tasting Room.
Our Drinks
Our optional wine flights are designed by our sommeliers to accompany each of the courses of the Terra Tasting Menu to ensure you have the best experience. You can also choose your own wines from our selection of Sussex and international wines as well as our full range of alcoholic and soft drinks.
