Throughout the Christmas season, TERRA shifts into festive dining without losing the Sussex-led style of the restaurant. Expect familiar Christmas flavours, local produce, seasonal dishes and the option to keep the occasion relaxed in the restaurant or move into a private room for a group.
Christmas dishes from the TERRA kitchen
The supplied 2026 festive menus include Sussex turkey, winter vegetables, fish, vegetarian options and traditional desserts alongside TERRA-style alternatives. The dedicated festive à la carte menu will be published from mid-September. Use the menu button above to register your interest and we will let you know when it is released.
Restaurant, tasting menu or private room
Couples and smaller groups can book TERRA, food-led groups can choose the Festive Tasting Menu, and larger gatherings can move into festive private dining. That gives the Christmas cluster useful depth without forcing every guest into a party-night format.

No. Festive dining is available for couples, families, friends, business groups and private celebrations.
Can we book a private room?
Yes. Festive private dining is available separately for groups.
Is there a tasting menu at Christmas?
Yes. A festive tasting menu is included in the 2026 Christmas brochure, although its final price still needs to be confirmed before publishing.
