Relaxed Dog-Friendly Dining, Coffee & Afternoon Tea
The Olive Lounge is our cosy, dog-friendly space for a slower visit to Tottington Manor: morning coffee, a light bite, afternoon tea, a drink by the fire or the full TERRA Restaurant menu during dining service.
Food comes from the same TERRA kitchen, prepared fresh with seasonal ingredients and a strong focus on Sussex produce. It is a more relaxed room, but not a different standard of cooking.
If you have dietary requirements, tell us when booking. Many needs can be accommodated with notice, while complex requirements or multiple allergies are best discussed with the team before your visit.
Afternoon Tea is available from 3pm to 5:30pm each day and can be booked using the button below or by choosing a time between 3pm and 5:30pm through any of our booking buttons.

The Olive Lounge offers a light snack menu until 6pm each day, perfect for a quick bite in a relaxed environment. Afternoon tea is served daily from 3pm to 5:30pm, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely treat. For those seeking a more substantial meal, the full Terra menu is also available, bringing all the great tastes and flavours of our formal dining to this cosy space.

With its large real wood fires, Olive Lounge is a great space to warm up after a walk or for your dog to stretch out and relax while you enjoy a well-earned drink. Our selection of teas and coffees, including decaffeinated options, is available all day from 9am. You can also enjoy the full range of our Sussex, UK, and international drinks, served directly to your table.

The Olive Lounge is the relaxed side of TERRA: coffee by the fire, afternoon tea, a glass of Sussex wine or the full restaurant menu, with dogs welcome. The food comes from the same kitchen, with the same focus on fresh preparation, seasonal ingredients and local Sussex produce.
