Private festive dining is available for groups wanting their own space, while larger celebrations can add a bar, DJ or entertainment. The 2026 brochure prices festive private dining from £45 for two courses / £55 for three courses Monday to Wednesday and £55 / £65 Thursday to Saturday , for pre-ordered groups of 14 or more.

The Inglenook is positioned in the Christmas brochure for boardroom meetings up to 14 delegates, while the South Downs Suite supports meetings and seminars from 15 to 100. A tabletop escape-room-style experience can be added for team interaction before the festive part of the day begins.
Make the logistics easy
The brochure includes pre-selected sparkling wine, beer and cider, wine, Sussex wine and soft-drink packages, so hosts can set a sensible drinks budget in advance.
Tottington Manor has 12 individually styled rooms and suites. The 2026 Christmas brochure promotes festive stays from £120 per night, subject to date and room availability.
