Fresh Seasonal Dining with South Downs Views

TERRA Restaurant at Tottington Manor is a countryside restaurant at the foot of the South Downs, near Henfield and within easy reach of Brighton, Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea and Burgess Hill. Our kitchen prepares dishes fresh, working with the seasons and placing Sussex produce at the centre of the menu.

The idea is simple: start with good ingredients and let their flavour lead. Local sourcing matters to us, from meat, fish and produce to Sussex wines and spirits, while ingredients from further afield are chosen when they add something worthwhile to the plate.

If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please tell us when booking. Fresh preparation gives the kitchen flexibility to accommodate many needs; complex requirements or multiple allergies are best discussed with the team before your visit. Breakfast is also available until 11am and afternoon tea is served between 3pm and 5:30pm.

Our menu changes every few months, with special festive menus in December and other events throughout the year.
