TERRA Restaurant & Private Dining Menus

Sussex runs through the menu.

The current TERRA menu opens with a map of Sussex, dotted with the farms, fisheries, dairies, makers and vineyards we work with. It is one of our favourite pages because it tells the story before the first dish arrives: food from the county around us, cooked at the foot of the South Downs.

The Tasting Menu carries that idea into a longer evening, while our drinks list gives Sussex vineyards a proper place alongside wines from the rest of the world. Local does not mean narrow; it means starting with what is brilliant on our doorstep and staying curious beyond it.

Yes. Afternoon tea is made to order and currently requires 48 hours' notice. The menu includes sandwiches, savoury bites, scones, cakes and pastries, with Hoogly tea or coffee and an optional Sussex sparkling wine upgrade.
