Festive Afternoon Tea is available throughout December at Tottington Manor from 3pm. This year's menu brings together seasonal savouries, warm scones, cakes and pastries, with warm spiced apple or mulled wine on arrival.

Seasonal savouries to begin
The savoury platter includes smoked salmon and dill crème fraîche blinis, Brighton Blue cheese and spiced pear sourdough club sandwiches, turkey, sage and bacon jam brioche buns, pork sausage and bacon puff pastry rolls, and savoury fig and Sussex Charmer choux buns.
Scones, cakes and festive sweetness
Cinnamon sugar dusted plain scones are served with clotted cream and seasonal jam. The sweet selection then moves through a frangipane crumble topped mince pie, clementine and chocolate trifle, Christmas pudding truffles with brandy icing, and red velvet frosted muffins.
Tea, coffee and dietary requirements
The menu includes a choice of Hoogly teas, from Christmas Tea and Earl Grey to Vanilla Chai and Ginger Biscuit, alongside Nespresso coffee including a gingerbread latte. Alternative milks are available. Please share dietary requirements, food allergies and intolerances when booking so the team can advise in advance.
