Two Night Wedding Stay

Exclusive Two Day Wedding Package

Not simply exclusive access for the wedding day: a two-night private-house experience that begins with your closest people arriving the afternoon before.

Understand Exclusive Use

The important difference is the time around the wedding day

The Exclusive Package is not designed around the idea that a wedding becomes better simply because no other guests are in the building. Its value is in what two nights together make possible: arrival the afternoon before, a first-night celebration with the closest group, a wedding morning already on site, and a farewell brunch before everyone leaves.

Pricing is based on 60 wedding guests. Weddings held in November, January or February receive a 10% reduction.

What the price is doing: it combines the wedding day with two nights of all 12 bedrooms and the food, drink and staffing that turn the hotel into a private two-night gathering.

What each inclusion means

The best way to understand the Exclusive Package is chronologically: what happens before the wedding day, what changes when everybody wakes up on site, and what remains after the evening party is over.

Breakfast at Tottington Manor for wedding guests
Before the stay

Food and Wine Tasting Evening

The tasting evening takes place before the wedding stay and is used to make practical food and wine decisions for the main wedding day. It gives the couple and kitchen team a shared reference point for the menus.

The central idea

Two Day Exclusive Use of Tottington Manor

Exclusive use here is built around the stay rather than only the ceremony date. From arrival on Day One, the hotel is being run around your wedding party, giving the gathering time to develop before the formal wedding day begins.

Staying together

All 12 Bedrooms for Two Nights

All twelve hotel bedrooms are included for two nights. This keeps the central family and friendship group in the same house from the first evening through to the morning after the wedding, rather than asking key people to arrive only for the ceremony.

Drinks

Complimentary Bars Throughout Your Stay

The package includes complimentary bars through the stay. Opening times, service points and the practical arrangements are agreed as part of the wedding plan so the bar service follows the rhythm of the house party.

Wedding morning

Getting Ready Suites

Dedicated Getting Ready Suites provide space for preparations away from the main guest areas. Because the party is already staying on site, the morning can begin without check-in or travel logistics.

Dedicated hospitality

Private AA Rosette Chef & Concierge

A private chef and personal concierge are part of the exclusive-use experience. Their role is not simply to serve the wedding breakfast: the food, drinks and guest experience are supported across the stay by a team focused on this one house party.

Coordination

Master of Ceremonies

The Master of Ceremonies helps protect the timetable on the wedding day: gathering guests, making announcements and ensuring transitions happen without the couple having to manage the room themselves.

Planning

Wedding Co-ordinator

Your wedding co-ordinator remains the planning link between the couple, venue team and agreed suppliers. On the day, that preparation becomes operational support so the couple does not have to run the schedule.

Day One arrival

Champagne Reception & Afternoon Tea from 3pm on Day One

The stay begins from 3pm with Champagne and afternoon tea. This gives the first arrivals an actual starting point rather than a collection of separate check-ins, and allows the closest group to settle into the hotel together.

Day One evening

Cocktail Reception & Five-course Sussex Tasting Menu

The first evening moves into cocktails and a five-course Sussex tasting menu for resident guests. It is deliberately a smaller dinner than the wedding breakfast: time for the closest group to eat together before the wider wedding guest list joins the following day.

Day Two morning

Champagne Breakfast on the Wedding Day

Breakfast on the wedding morning is part of the experience rather than a standard hotel departure breakfast. The resident party is already in the house and can begin the day together before preparations separate into their different spaces.

The ceremony

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony takes place on site, with indoor and outdoor licensed options according to the arrangements and conditions. There is no transfer from a separate hotel or pre-wedding gathering to the ceremony venue.

Reception

Luxury Canapés & Sussex Sparkling Celebration Drinks

After the ceremony, luxury canapés and Sussex sparkling wine are served while guests gather, photographs are taken and the room moves towards the wedding breakfast.

Wedding breakfast

Four-course Wedding Breakfast including Premium Wine

The Exclusive Package expands the main meal to four courses with premium wine. The private-chef approach and tasting process allow the meal to sit at the centre of the wedding-day hospitality rather than being treated as a standard function menu.

Toast

Champagne Toast

Champagne is provided for the formal toast, separate from the premium wine served with the wedding breakfast.

Early evening

Cocktail Hour

A cocktail hour creates a defined transition after the wedding breakfast and speeches, giving guests somewhere to gather while the evening space and music take over.

Evening food

Evening Buffet

Later food is included for the evening celebration, giving guests another service point once dancing and the bar are underway.

Party

DJ & Dancing until Midnight

The DJ and main party run through to midnight, with music and venue timings coordinated as part of the package.

After midnight

Late Bar for Guests

The bar remains available later for resident guests, extending the social side of the house party after the main wedding celebration has reached midnight.

Day Three

Farewell Brunch

The final shared meal is a farewell brunch. It gives the resident group time to reconvene, compare stories and say goodbye gradually rather than disappearing separately after breakfast.

Departure

Late Checkout at 12pm

A noon checkout gives the final morning a little more room. The intention is that the last part of the stay feels like part of the wedding rather than an administrative rush to clear bedrooms.

Exclusive use is not the only way to arrive the night before

Couples choosing South Downs already have the Getting Ready Suite for the night before, and both South Downs and Celebration couples can discuss additional bedrooms and a private-dining meal subject to availability. The Exclusive Package goes further by making the whole hotel and its hospitality team part of the two-night wedding stay.
