Despite our countryside setting, Tottington Manor is easy for guests to reach:

Set amongst the South Downs landscape, Tottington Manor combines countryside tranquillity with excellent transport connections. ✨

Not at all. The prices shown for our main wedding packages are based on 70 daytime guests, but Tottington Manor can host both intimate celebrations and larger wedding parties.

Our South Downs Suite can accommodate up to 100 daytime guests and up to 180 evening guests. For a smaller celebration, our intimate wedding options are designed for around 30 guests.

For very small celebrations, TERRA Restaurant also offers private dining spaces for intimate lunches and dinners. Whatever the size of your wedding, our Weddings Team can shape the day around your guest list and the style of celebration you have in mind.

Absolutely. Our wedding packages are designed to make planning straightforward, but they are a starting point rather than a limitation. No two couples have exactly the same priorities, so our Weddings Team will work with you to personalise your celebration.

Tottington Manor has 12 guest bedrooms, making it ideal for couples who want their closest family and friends to stay at the venue.

Our accommodation includes:

• Stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully furnished
• Designed to provide a relaxing stay for your guests

Most rooms are based on double occupancy, while two Comfort Rooms are single occupancy. A number of bedrooms can also accommodate an additional child or adult bed.

Many couples find that their immediate family and closest friends quickly fill the bedrooms, creating a relaxed house-party atmosphere. For larger wedding parties, our team can also recommend nearby accommodation.

Accommodation depends on the package you choose.

• 🏛️ Exclusive Package: includes all 12 bedrooms for two nights, from the afternoon before your wedding through to the morning after, with a late departure.
• 🌿 South Downs Package: includes a Getting Ready Suite for the night before your wedding and your chosen Honeymoon Suite on the wedding night. Your guests can reserve the remaining hotel bedrooms, subject to availability.
• 🥂 Celebration Package: includes the Honeymoon Suite on the night of your wedding.

Our Weddings Team can talk you through room arrangements and the best way to organise accommodation for your guests.

Our Exclusive, South Downs and Celebration Wedding Packages are priced from a base of 70 daytime guests.

We can then tailor your quotation around your final guest numbers, preferred date and season, chosen package and any additional enhancements you would like to include.

If you are planning for more than 70 daytime guests or would like to add additional evening guests, we can prepare a personalised proposal for you.

Our most comprehensive wedding experience, designed to feel like your own private country house wedding weekend. It includes:

• All 12 guest bedrooms for two nights
• A dedicated private AA Rosette Chef

• Arrival reception
• Chef's tasting menu experience

🌿 The South Downs Package

A full-day wedding celebration centred around the South Downs Suite, private garden and dedicated bar. It includes:

• Exclusive use of the South Downs Suite and wedding facilities on your wedding day
• A Getting Ready Suite the night before your wedding
• Your chosen Honeymoon Suite on the wedding night
• The opportunity for guests to reserve hotel bedrooms overnight
• A complete wedding day without requiring a two-night exclusive hire

If you want the feeling of a private country house weekend with the whole Manor to yourselves, the Exclusive Package is the natural choice. If you want a beautifully hosted wedding day with dedicated wedding spaces and accommodation available for guests, the South Downs Package offers greater flexibility.

Absolutely. Your wedding food is created by the same chef team responsible for the dining experience in TERRA Restaurant, with the same focus on quality, creativity and locally sourced ingredients.

Wedding dishes are adapted and plated so that we can serve a full wedding party smoothly at the same time, but the philosophy remains the same: excellent ingredients, thoughtful presentation and memorable flavours.

From canapés and wedding breakfasts to tasting menus and evening food, our culinary team wants the food to be remembered as part of the celebration rather than simply something served in the middle of it.

Yes. Many couples choose to extend the celebration by welcoming close family and friends to Tottington Manor on the evening before the wedding.

Your family can reserve hotel bedrooms, subject to availability, so everyone can settle in and wake up together on the wedding morning. For a more personal pre-wedding gathering, TERRA Restaurant has private dining spaces suitable for family meals and celebrations of around 8 to 24 guests.

Whether you are planning a relaxed supper, a special tasting menu or simply an opportunity for both families to spend time together before the big day, our Weddings Team can help arrange the accommodation and dining for you.

Our Celebration Package is normally available Monday to Thursday, making it a great-value option for couples considering a midweek wedding.

If you would prefer a weekend, we also offer a Twilight Wedding Package on selected Sundays, with a later start and an evening-led celebration.
