The Celebration Package is available Monday to Thursday and is designed around the wedding day itself. This page is intentionally more detailed than a brochure list: it explains what each inclusion means and how the different parts connect.
Pricing is based on 60 guests. Weddings held in November, January or February receive a 10% reduction.

What each inclusion means
There is deliberately no shorthand below. If an item appears in the package list, it is explained here so you can compare it properly with another venue or another Tottington Manor package.
Food and Wine Tasting Evening
Before the wedding, the tasting evening gives you time to experience the style of food and wine that will shape the day. It is a practical planning appointment as much as an enjoyable one: a chance to discuss menu choices, dietary requirements and how the meal should feel for your guests.
Exclusive use of the South Downs Suite, Private Garden and Bar
For the wedding itself, these areas are reserved for your celebration. This is exclusive use of the principal wedding spaces rather than exclusive use of the whole hotel, so your ceremony, drinks, meal and evening party have their own connected setting while the hotel can continue to operate elsewhere on site.
Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony can take place in the licensed South Downs Suite or, when the weather and arrangements allow, in one of the outdoor ceremony settings. The package gives the ceremony a natural place within the same venue as the rest of the day, avoiding a transfer between ceremony and reception.
Canapés & Sparkling Celebration
After the ceremony, guests can move into the private garden and adjoining wedding spaces while photographs are taken. Canapés and sparkling wine create a useful pause between the formal ceremony and the wedding breakfast rather than asking guests to move straight from one to the other.
Three-course Wedding Breakfast
Your main wedding meal is a three-course wedding breakfast prepared by the Tottington Manor kitchen. The emphasis is on a properly paced restaurant-style meal that can be delivered consistently to the whole room, with dietary requirements planned in advance.
Tea and Coffee Station until the First Dance
Tea and coffee remain available after dinner until the first dance. It gives guests an easy option during speeches and the changeover from the wedding breakfast into the evening celebration.
Large Glass of White, Red or Rosé Wine per Guest
The package includes one large glass of wine per guest with the wedding breakfast. Your tasting and planning conversations are the right time to discuss the style of wine and how it sits alongside the menu.
White or Rosé Prosecco for the Toast
A glass of white or rosé Prosecco is included for the toast, keeping the toast provision separate from the wine served with the meal.
Light Buffet
Later in the evening, a light buffet provides food once the wedding breakfast has settled and the party is underway. It is deliberately lighter than the fuller evening buffet included within the South Downs Package.
Party until Midnight
The main evening celebration runs through to midnight, keeping the ceremony, meal, bar and dancefloor in one connected venue.
Your Choice of Honeymoon Suite
The couple can choose their honeymoon suite from the wedding options available for the date. The room is part of the package, while any additional guest bedrooms are arranged separately according to availability and your plans.
Farewell Breakfast for Resident Guests
Guests who stay at Tottington Manor can meet again over breakfast the following morning. Rather than the wedding ending abruptly at midnight, breakfast gives the resident group a final, informal part of the celebration.
Can we arrive the night before?
Yes, subject to bedroom and private-dining availability, even though a night-before stay is not part of the Celebration Package itself. Couples can arrange bedrooms and a private dinner for close family or the wedding party without taking exclusive use of the whole hotel.
