Dog Friendly Hotel Stays at Tottington Manor Hotel

Situated in the heart of Sussex and the South Downs National Park, Tottington Manor is an ideal base for exploring the many walks, including the South Downs Way, as well as being just 15 minutes away from Brighton, Worthing and the Sussex Beaches and Coast. There are 12 beautiful rooms comprising 5 superior suites, 5 comfort rooms and 2 cozy rooms. Dogs can stay in all of our bedrooms and are welcome in all areas of the hotel, except for our TERRA Restaurant. Guests with Dogs can dine in our Olive Lounge or in warmer months our Pergola or Courtyard, well behaved dogs can also be left in rooms whilst dining in our AA Rosette TERRA Restaurant. All our rooms are ensuite with either Showers, Bath/Showers or Jacuzzi Bath Showers and include a selection of Molton Brown Amenities, Nespresso Coffee, Hoogly Tea and have free wifi and TV's.
All our room rates include breakfast which is served 7am to 9am Monday to Friday and 8am to 10am at the weekend. Check in is from 2pm with Checkout by 11am. We have plenty of Free Parking and glorious views of the South Downs. Tottington Manor is an ideal location if you are walking the South Downs Way or looking for an active break away. We are also ideally situated if you are looking to visit Brighton, Worthing or the South Coast.

Our a la carte breakfast is included for all bookings made direct through our website or with our events team. If using Booking.com, Hotels.com or other online services you will only be able to book room only, but can still enjoy breakfast at Tottington Manor by choosing items from our menu.

Our Rooms

The Duplex Suite

Set over two floors, our Duplex Suite has the Kingsize master bedroom with open 17th century roof beams, the lounge area has sofa beds with another large TV, Nespresso coffee and Hoogly Tea as well as a stocked complimentary minibar.
The jacuzzi bathroom has a rainforest shower and a sound system to wind away the evening. Sleeping up to 5 guests the room is great for a couple looking for a little luxury or for getting ready with friends for an event.

The Honeymoon Suite

This beautifully appointed room boasts a 4 poster bed with glorious views across the South Downs and a bathroom that includes a double size jacuzzi bath with shower. As with all our Superior rooms there is a Television and tea and Nespresso coffee making facilities.
It is a true luxury of a room and a treat for any occasion. When coupled with the neighbouring getting ready room this is an ideal room for the wedding party on the morning of their wedding to be pampered and relaxed before the start of their big day.

The Junior Suite

This beautifully appointed room boasts a Superking sized bed, double aspect windows with glorious views across the South Downs and a bathroom that includes a double size couples shower. As with all our Superior rooms there is a Television and tea and Nespresso coffee making facilities.
It is a true alternative choice to our Honeymoon Suite and offers an interconnecting door to one of our Superior King/Twin Rooms for a larger family to enjoy.

This beautifully appointed room has a great view across the farmland and valley and a double shower room that includes a double size couples shower. As with all our Superior rooms there is a Television and tea and Nespresso coffee making facilities.

Cosy & Comfort Rooms

Our Cosy Rooms have views across the fields and valley to the rear of the property and feature walk in showers. Our Comfort Rooms have views either to the front or the rear of the building which include farmland and trees, all the rooms are ensuite with either a shower over bath or shower along with Molton Brown Amenities.There is a Television and tea and Nespresso coffee making facilities.
In addition two of our Comfort Rooms can accommodate twin beds on request.
