Enjoy the locally sourced dished created by our TERRA Restaurant Chefs, party the night away, relax in on our comfortable or Superior Bedrooms and then enjoy catching up on the night before at Breakfast with your friends and family.
For smaller gatherings our Terra Tasting Room offers an intimate atmosphere to enjoy our fine dining or Terra tasting menu. Groups of 10-14 can enjoy any of our menus in the cosy Inglenook Room. For larger celebrations, our South Downs Suite accommodates up to 100 guests, with options for Private Dining, Fine Dining, or Buffet menus. Enjoy the suites private bar and DJ to party the night away.

Our Menus

Our private dining and fine dining menus provide a two or three course experience of the same quality and ingredients as our Terra Restaurant.
5 course and 7 course tasting menus, designed specifically for your event, are also available for groups up to 14 in our Terra Tasting Room or inglenook Private Dining Room.
Our South Downs Buffet can be added to longer events or be provided for larger groups as the main event. You can also enjoy our Afternoon Tea service either served to the table or as a buffet service.

Our Drinks

Our front of house team will serve the full range of our Sussex and international wines, spirits and beers to you in our Terra Tasting Room and Inglenook private dining room. Our South Downs Suite has its own bar that stocks our full range of drinks and is used for celebrations of 30 or more. For larger celebrations we recommend pre-ordering wine and other drinks for tables during your planning meetings with our events team to ensure your guests do not need to wait to be served.
