Our Head Chef, Chris, designs all our special event, fine dining and Sunday Lunch Menu’s. Whilst our Sri Lankan born Sous Chef, Dilum, ensures our Wednesday Curry Night menu is authentic and true to its roots.
Our fish is delivered fresh from Newhaven Dock each day and our meats are sourced from local butchers. A great time to enjoy the quality of our meat is on our Friday Steak Nights.
Our Wine menu is updated regularly and paired against our menu’s, with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Italian Gavi de Gavi, French Champagne and the best of local British Sparkling there is a drop to suit all tastes.
